Executive Coaching

Sue is a Certified Executive Coach, (CEC) and is currently seeking a Master Certified Coach (MCC) status with the International Coach Federation (ICF) defining the in-depth work achieved within the coaching industry.  Sue spent five years with Royal Roads University as an instructor teaching and mentoring 1000+ students how to coach and build coaching cultures.

Ten years ago executive coaching was only offered to Fortune 500 companies, but today, 1:1 executive coaching is a common practice used with all levels of leadership.  Leaders use coaching to improve their focus and impact on their individual and professional results.  Through a measurable coaching progression, coaching clients become self-monitoring and self-reliant and easily adapt to independent and more effective leadership.

Bock and Associates offers 1:1 Impact-Centered Coaching and believes strongly that if clients want different outcomes as a result of their efforts, they must include measurable actions and accountability to their coaching.  With Impact-Centered Coaching, clients are able to demonstrate results early in the coaching process and continue to build on that success throughout their engagement.

Over the last decade, Bock has worked alongside a number of organizations training internal coaches and developing internal coaching programs.  As more and more organizations realize their competitive edge rests largely in the hands of their leaders and employees, its essential organizations shift from status quo to a workplace that unleashes and trusts the talent and leadership that lives within their people.  Coaching can nurture that ‘workplace shift’.

Leadership Engagement

trilogy_master_logo_full_colour-smallSue’s practice for developing bold leaders follows the Trilogy Leadership philosophy that ‘Relationships Impact Results’.  As co-owner of Trilogy Leadership, Sue and her partner, Julie, introduce Trilogy Leadership to leaders, teams and organizations who want to strengthen their leadership profile.  The three-part system includes customized training, bold coaching conversations, and a simple framework for measuring a leader’s impact.  Trilogy Leadership challenges leaders to define what they want to be known for, emphasizes relationship best practices and connects leaders to what drives their organization’s results.

Workplace Training

As an employer, you are in the business of ‘people’; therefore understanding what drives your employees’ actions and words underpins your employee engagement and business results.  Bock and Associates offers three streams of customized training to meet the needs and culture of your organization: Coach Development, Workplace Development and Supervisor/Leadership Development.  These workshops and sessions are all interactive and designed to develop bold leaders who encourage open discussion, self-awareness and positive leadership impact.  For more information about customizing your training please contact Bock and Associates directly.

Facilitation

Sue Bock is known for her fun, effective and interactive facilitation style.  Each session is co-created with the client to ensure a well-defined process is in place ensuring the desired outcome(s) of the session is met.

Strategic Planning is one of the most important exercises organizations and boards must complete.  Sue uses a unique model to ensure the overall Vision and Mission is aligned with demands for business efficiencies, talent management and stealth strategic initiatives.  The outcome is a simple, measureable and practical strategic plan.

Operational Planning is often overlooked by organizations and senior leaders as they are constantly showered by day-to-day requests, customer demands and yesterday’s emergencies.    Bock and Associates work with leaders to ‘pause’ and intentionally examine the operational steps required to execute the overall business objectives. By defining those key measurable objectives, workplace leaders are able to continually proactively, versus reactively, calibrate operational activities and ensure targets are met.
